Mykopoint: A platform for the rapid combination therapy of fungal infections

Mykopoint is developing a modular system for the rapid selection of effective antifungal combinations for invasive fungal infections. An innovative bioreactor featuring optical measurement and intelligent data analysis enables a treatment recommendation to be provided within 24 hours. The aim is to improve treatment, particularly for immunocompromised patients and in cases involving multi-resistant pathogens. The project thus addresses a key time-critical challenge in clinical mycology.
