Phenomapping and system modelling

Within this Collaborative Research Centre (SFB), the various sub-projects investigate different mechanistic causes of heart failure (HF) that may lead to potentially distinct subtypes of HF. In project Z03, the data and information obtained in the preclinical and clinical sub-projects of the SFB (areas A, B, Z01 and Z02) are pooled, analysed and modelled in order to identify and interpret the differences and similarities that exist between different HF subtypes.

Thus, Z03 not only supports the SFB by providing an overarching level of data analysis and interpretation, but its information and findings will also assist the other SFB sub-projects in interpreting their own results and enable the adaptation of experimental designs.
