Puringe – A pure injection system for precise and contamination-free injections
Über das Projekt
Puringe is an innovative syringe adapter that enables safe, precise and completely silicone oil-free intravitreal injection. Thanks to a unique membrane mechanism, Puringe reliably separates the medication from the interior of the syringe, preventing contamination and dosing errors. As a flexible platform technology, the Puringe can be adapted to various applications and sets new standards for modern, low-particle drug delivery systems.

In the new promotional film by Charité BIH Innovation, research staff from the ICM present the Alarm (infection pus test) and Puringe (silicone-free syringe) projects.
Both projects were funded by the BIH and have a strong translational focus.
