Predicting the Development of Antibiotic Resistance

GlobalResist is developing an interdisciplinary approach to predicting antibiotic resistance. The goal is to assess the risk of resistance developing even before antibiotics are administered. This is intended to optimize treatment decisions and enable the sustainable use of antibiotics. The project thus makes an important contribution to global public health.
